Boss ex-personal driver called me last Saturday to invite me to his house during Hari Raya. Wah! He stills thinks of me even after leaving the company for 2 years already.
He is a good man and very hard working but once 2 of their children left for further study in Melbourne, they don’t really need his service anymore. As usual, he does not want to be the bad person by asking him to resign.
What they did was, bringing out all his past mistakes and highlighted each one of them and so-called forced him to resign. In this way, they do not have to pay compensation. Poor him, the driver I mean.
