We got this after one hour of stirring.

From a big wok, it now accommodates a medium size rice pot.

I am all excited about it. Finally MIL is going to make my all time favorite cookie and I will make sure she do it my way! :P

My way, it will be half butter and half margarine. It will be crunchy with the buttery taste.

I think we will only start making them a week before CNY so that it won’t be moldy. I can’t wait to help. :)
