This year not many people order from my mom coz she told me that this year the cost is so expensive. So I didn’t promote her pineapple tarts.

If only I live near your mum, I would buy them. I can see that the pastry is light and yet crispy and crumbly….just right.

Aiyo, if only I can taste some! Here pineapple tarts are lousy. Those that come in plastic containers imported from some kilang somewhere. ANyway, Happy CNY to you. Hope the year of the rat will bring you great wealth, good health and much happiness!
