It’s all my fault…

I am crying as I am typing this.

You wanna know why?

Because I am VERY VERY VERY VERY sad.

My 2nd girl will have to start wearing glasses come this Monday.

Her power is over 400 on one side of her eyes! And the right side has Astigmatism as high as 200!

And she is only 3 years and 4 months old.

If only I watch my diet when I was carrying her.

If only I eat!!!

I was so selfish!

It’s all my fault…

I wish I can turn back time. If only…

Mommy is very very very sorry, Clarissa.
:(

Don’t take it too hard, Miche… *hugs* It might be inborn… Hubby wore glasses when he’s 3 as well.

I know it’s always easier said than done, as I’m sure put the blame on Hubby if Chloe gotta wear glasses so early…

Hey, it may not necessarily have anything to do with what you ate then. We’ve all got imperfect eyesight to a certain extent.

It will take a while for your family to adjust, but you will be fine. Take care…

Yalor…it is not your fault lah. God allowed it to happened so that others will have the chance to respond positively and build our characters through it all.

How did you detect that she needs glasses?

It is not your fault, it could be in her gens. Let her eat more carrots and fish.

Miche, I doubt it was anything to do with your diet. Don’t blame yourself.

With so many modern technologies, when your little one grows up, she will have all these technologies to free her from wearing sight aids.

My friend’s son was born with a lazy eye and he now has a marble eye. He will be graduating in Law from Oxford and he is a great pianist having performed in the Royal Albert Hall and got scholarships in many schools and in Oxford.

What I am trying to say is that his bad eye never pulled him back. Be encouraged.

Don’t blame yourself, ok? I don’t think it has to do with your diet. Usually it’s genetic.

Elizabeth also wore glasses about that age. And she has to get her eyes checked every 6 months. Don’t be so hard on yourself — I jaga like anything by still her eyes are like that. With Ellysha, I didn’t really jaga, but her eyes are okay. You will be amazed at how Clarissa will adapt.
