Not so perfect Nyonya Kaya. The top layer of the Kaya crystalised due to extra sugar. My mom lar…so itchy hands go mix 10 more Kampung Eggs to my 20 Omega-3 eggs. She also did not know where it went wrong even though she reduced the sugar portion coz the Kampung Eggs are smaller that the Omega-3 eggs.
Next time must remind her that Kampung Eggs and Town Eggs cannot mix! 
Hubby has been telling me to promote my mom’s Nyonya Kaya coz the commercial ones are tasteless. I think arh, the postman (if I send by pos) smells my mom’s Kaya kenot tahan and eat them all up! hahaha.
