My youngest sister and her husband-to-be spend money like they grow on tree. I really wonder where their money came from. They just bought a brand new double storey terrace house. They are going to have their wedding ceremony end of this year. A few months ago they bought a new MPV; all on loans of course. On top of that, my youngest sister just applied for personal loan to renovate their kitchen! Despite having this financial burden (that’s how I see it) they spend like money grows on tree especially on food, clothing and holidays (local and overseas).
They really make hubby and I look so poor because we are still living in hubby’s family house, we still drive old junks, we hardly travel out from Malacca; let alone going for holidays and we don’t indulge ourselves in expensive dining.
Last night he accidentally revealed to me that all their spending is on the credit cards. He told me that the late payment charges have doubled now (so I assume he did not pay on time). All this while he only pays the minimum amount due. However, he did tell me that he is planning to settle all his outstanding soon. I think he said this just to please me because he knows that I do not like this kind of spending habit.
I think I should print out the credit card articles for them to read so that they won’t get into credit trouble that would jeopardize their credit report.
For a second, I would like to be like them. Swipe first, enjoy a luxury lifestyle then slowly pay the minimum amount due every month but when thinking about the interest charges, I’d rather live a simple lifestyle and have financial freedom. 
I had that thought today.
I wanna sleep through the remaining of my pregnancy and only wake up when the doctor says “Push”.
I am only at Week 10 and I felt that I have been pregnant for 10 months!
But then, I never wanna miss seeing my other 3 children growing up before my eyes.
Why life like that one…
With the economy going for a recession, it would be wise to be prudent in all your dealings and buying. Save as much as you can and avoid buying unnecessary products. Cut down on your phone bills by limiting and shortening your calls. Another way to cut down on your phone bills is to make full use of VoIP technology. Yes, do that. Last Sunday, we met a foreign student who wanted to see our apartment. We came to know that he is acts an accommodation agent for the students coming from Zimbabwe to MMU to study. He is asking for one month rental commission if he can get 3 students to rent our apartment.
Besides that he also asked for us to change a study table that is without drawers (damaged by previous tenant but hubby was kind enough not to bill him), add a water heater and a dining table. On top of that he asked us to reduce our rental by another hundred so that it will be easier to divide among them!

WackyQueen and TeaDog planned to visit me last weekend. They are my Juniors from USM. WackyQueen wanted so much to eat Rojak Fishball but it is fasting month now and the Malay stall that sells the Rojak Fishball is closed.
So I decided to prepare for her my very own special Rojak Kangkung with Fishball which is even more nicer (oh! i’m talking like my 5yo girl!) with my mom’s help of course. 
I went to buy all the necessary stuff but on Friday, received SMS from her that she hurt her back! I wonder what she did the night before!!! *wink, wink*. 
So I had Rojak for lunch on Saturday and rojak for lunch again today! Am not complaining, am loving it. Yummy! 
The company that I used to work with is very calculative and always try to find ways to reduce cost. One of the ways is by limiting our phone access. We can’t dial out to personal numbers. All our phones are with code to customers and suppliers numbers only. If they have branches, I am sure they will use the VoIP phone systems.

He said it so well!
It is a long post but it is worth the reading.
Suddenly, nothing interesting is happening in my life. I felt that everything stands still the moment I discovered that I am pregnant. I stopped looking at life. When this happened, I have nothing interesting to share in this blog of mine. Even my other blogs are abandon.
The Minibean in me really took control of my life. I felt tired, sleepy, nauseous and super duper sensitive, not emotional but my sense of smell. I get easily irritated by the slightness smell from the kitchen. Once this happens, my mind go numb.
Yesterday I discovered the smell that caused me to wanna throw up each time the maid is cooking. It is the smell of fried onion! I was frying fried rice for my children. The moment I add in the onion, the aroma almost makes me vomited!
I want old life back!!!
My turn to fall sick! 
This is not good.
Mommy cannot fall sick when there are 2 sick children to take care and being pregnant at a very crucial stage.
Looks like I have to drown myself with water!
