The apartment is finally rented as holiday apartment for the first time. If there are student renting it soon, then this will be the first and the last the apartment is being rented as holiday apartment.
I am sure you will be surprised if I tell you that there are 4 families renting my 3 rooms apartment. If I am not mistaken, there are 9 adults and 18 children all together. They are from Kelantan. I am quite lenient when it comes to the number of people staying in my apartment as long as they keep all my furniture and electrical items in one piece. I told them that and I will definitely bill them for any damage. You know what? I don’t even dare leave our TV there when I heard there are 18 children staying!
Now, you will be much more surprised if I tell you that they come in Mercedes and BMW! They are rich Malay family and yet, they are very stingy in spending on a more comfortable accommodation for their families. Hubby was telling me, that is why they are rich, they know how to save! And maybe they own a Vehicle reimbursement company or car rental company.
Whatever it is, I hope they will take good care of my apartment.
