If they are the Gas we use to run our car, I won’t complaint but the gas caused my tummy to be more bloated and sleepless night. There was so much wind in my tummy that I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning!
I tried to vomit but the food I ate just don’t want to come out. I tried my very best to fart but the only time I can fart is when I PU sitting on the toilet bowl. How many times can I PU in a night??? When I lie on my bed I felt like gas coming out from my throat but it is just the feeling, no gas come out.
I wish I can be like a baby where the mommy pat her back to burp her. Tempted to wake hubby up to do just that but I did not. He had a long day at work; let him sleep and let me suffer alone.
So I ended up sleeping while leaning on the bed. Didn’t manage to get a good night sleep until 4am when I was awaken by a dream where my son was calling me to sleep with him. I woke up, walk over to his room and sleep beside him till 7.30am.
This is what I ate and drank:
2 cups of Teh Tarik; one for breakfast and one after dinner
Nasi Lemak
A few slices of juicy and sweet Honeydew
Pegat Durian with Glutinous Rice
My mom told me later that all those food “banyak angin” (will cause wind in the tummy). ![]()

Teh Tarik usually give lots of gas and try reducing the intake. Not good for the baby.
