I have asked the same question repeatedly for the past 7 years. “When can I run again?” I miss those days when I can run from one end to the other end of the Klebang Beach. Not jog but run! Every since I had to undergo D&C after my first pregnancy, I could never run again without hurting my right lower abdomen. I think muscle has been injured during the procedure. Since I can’t run, minding 4 children and a household is the fat burners that work for me. 
Now with the maid around, I think I am going to put on weight sooner or later.
I am not a flower person. Hubby can never forget how I scolded him for wasting his money to buy me an expensive bouquet of flowers on our marriage registration day. hahaha. Why do you need to bring flower on the ROM day? We need to sign papers you know. Not to pose here and there at the marriage registrar office. Later I found out that the registrar who was also our church member told hubby to buy flowers for me! At least, tell me lar right? 
But I don’t mind receiving flowers once in a blue moon. I still remember how my hubby (my then boyfriend) surprised me with a bouquet of roses while I was working at a jewelry shop at MP. I still have 3 stalk of roses (dried up) which hubby gave me after his trip to Cameron Highland more than a decade ago. My blogger mommies made my day by sending flowers online on my birthday.
I hope I will get a bouquet of flowers this coming birthday. It has been a long, long time since I receive any (excluding those wild flowers that my children pick for me when they play outdoor. hehe).
November is MY birthday month. 
I received my 1st birthday gift already; free movie ticket from GSC. 
I foresee that this year it is going to be another quiet birthday for me. Normally hubby will ask what do I want for my birthday weeks before the actual day. This time, not a squeak from him. 
Anyway, I am buying something for myself. I just cash out my Paypal money; that is my only source of income to buy a car seat cover for hubby’s car. Why not my car? Well, now hubby’s car is mine coz I often drive his car than mine. It is high time to change the car seat cover coz it has really torn in every way possible! I don’t think hubby ever change the seat cover since he bought it a decade ago.
Hope got extra money to buy football gifts. Hubby’s birthday, just 2 weeks after mine.
All Bintang shopping centre here in Melaka have been taken over by Giant. I don’t mind if they just take over the management and leave everything else as it is. Instead, they took away the best part of Bintang Supermarket where we can find almost everything that my kitchen needs. Now, Bintang is just like Giant. I am find if they just changed the barcode scanner. Instead they changed the pricing too. It is much more expensive than Bintang prices. I want my Bintang back!
Kuih Bongkong is one of my favorite Nyonya delicacies. It is made of rice flour and sugar (fine sugar + Gula Melaka). I like to eat them hot or direct from the fridge when it is still very cold.

I have yet to learn from my mom how to make Kuih Bongkong.
Diana. That is the name of our new maid. She has been with us for 2 weeks already. Being a not so fussy employer, she is ok for us. She is quite slow in doing the housework but most importantly, she is neat and cleans thoroughly. The only chore that I am not that satisfied with is the cleaning of the bathroom. She did not wash the bathroom sink thoroughly and also the toilet bowl. Told her that I will show her how to do it but each time when it is bathroom cleaning day, I forget! So I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself.
So far, she is very attentive. I thought her how to fold my baby’s cloth nappy. She got it in the first lesson unlike, our previous maid; even after 3 years she still did not fold according to what I wanted. I gave up and fold the nappy myself. Unfortunately she is not so fond of children unlike our previous maid. So, as much as possible, I will handle my children on my own and remind them again and agaian not to trouble the maid in the things that they can do by themselves especially when she is busy with other work. I worried that she will scold and harm my children.
Let’s wait and see what will happen after 6 months when she gets her first salary.
