As much as possible I love wearing casual dresses even to formal function. I have a wedding to attend this weekend and I have no idea what to wear. Being fat does not give me much choice when it comes to wedding dinner. I can’t just wear t-shirt and jeans there. I can’t wear dress too as it will make me look even fatte. Yes! You read me right. I am fat now…on Monday I weigh 50.5kg!
Besides sewing soft toy, I tried sewing a bag too. My first attempt sewing a shopping bag failed coz the tutorial was not detail or clear enough for an amateur like me. Then a blogger mommy told me about another tutorial. This time it is a Reversible Bag. Buzz me if you want the link to the tutorial ya. 
Excitedly I went to buy the cheapest fabric I could find. Don’t want to waste money mah if it did not turn out well. Lo and behold, at the first attempt, it was almost perfect! 
The bag is being used by my daughter now as her tuition bag. I sewn a bigger one so that I can use it when going to church. There is another one in the process which I used the left over fabric that I bought to make wristlet (not I sew, Sewing Monster did).
After perfecting my sewing skill, I might sew to sell if anyone wanna buy lar.
Hubby has finally paid up his business loan. We felt a huge burden lifted up from our shoulder. Since we have “extra” money now, we are thinking whether to upgrade our old junks to a MPV since we have 4 children already. Think, think, think…Nah! Can’t bear to go through another 5-7 years of paying loan. We still have homeloans you know.
Since hubby does not want to buy a car yet, I told hubby that it is pay back time. Yup! Yup! Yup! Pay ME back. 
It is because almost half of the business loan was paid up using my online income. So, you think 3 years running business can earn so much meh to pay up a big sum of the business loan. But, but, but arh….hubby does not wanna give me cash wor. He’ll just top up our gold savings account when he has the extras. Clever right? Ended up his money also.

The Ramadhan month is here! To non Muslim like me, it is a month of Feasting on Malay goodies every evening. No need to wait till Pasar Malam day to enjoy good Malay delicacies. I started my Feasting Month by enjoying some Epok Sayur just now. Yum!
When I was at the stall just now, I was so tempted to plonk my butt on their contemporary furniture to savor each of their goodies. Unfortunately, my tummy reminded me that it does not have much space for everything. Be patience, there is 20 over days to go. One day, one kuih.
Last Friday, hubby was around the whole day so we took this opportunity to get him make a bird nest for the Black Magpie out of a milk can.
The Black Magpie has been making nest in our mailbox for months. After their Babies grow up, they will lay eggs again, hatch, grow some enuf feathers then fly away and the cycle continues. I am not so sure whether it is from the same bird or not.

If you have money to invest, I would recommend that you invest in gold; buy gold coins, gold bar or open a gold investment savings account. The returns is very lucrative. I have investment in gold for a year already and the return is very good. Count for yourself here; I bought at 90++ a year ago and the price of gold now is at 125++. That is just over a year. In 10 years time, I think I can buy a MPV with cash if I sell my gold. But of course I won’t sell coz it is for my old age.
there is assignment given to me. This will be temporary though till MIL and her maid come back next week; I hope.
Since they have been gone for a week and will be away for another week because they are helping another BIL with 3 children whose wife is in oversea; working, I am hardly at home. After fetching my children from school, I’ll away at my mom’s till nap time then after waking up from napping, back to my mom’s for dinner and also to send hubby his dinner. After dinner, we will back home doing homework then bedtime.
From the moment I wake up till lunch time I’ll be busy with housework, teaching my 4yo son and “layaning” my 16mo son. To update blogs means I’ll have a crying baby beside me, like now!
And I can only manage to sew one Plattie a day if I can manage to steal some time.

I sent 24 pieces of nicely cut up fabric to make Mr Plattie to the tailor to get the edges sewn. When I went to collect it yesterday, the tailor asked whether I have more of it. No, she did not want more of it but she gave up sewing the edges of Mr Plattie because it has too many curves and it hurts her arm when she sews. 
She is using an electric sewing machine and I am using hand sewing machine. I think, I’d suffer more than her. Anyway, I have to look for other tailor or cut a bigger piece and double fold before I start putting Mr Plattie together.
When I see one after another SAHM starts their online business, I wanted to be like them too. I want to earn some income so that I can invest in gold bullion, buy more clothing, books and toys for my children. But I do not know what I am capable of. I do not know what is my skill. I can sew but I am not talented enough to design nice product to sell. I do not many readers too to my blogs. If yes, I am sure I can sell clothing like one of the moms.
Hubby told me to find my passion first. What am I passionate about? I really don’t know!
Taking a deep in the Rainforest Splash Pool is the best part during our recent trip to Genting Highland. Hubby said it during our last trip there 2 years ago and he said it again during this trip too. We do not have many above ground pools here with heated water coz there aren’t many cold place in this country.
My children enjoyed their time in the Rainforest Splash Pool as much as we do. My eldest told me that she wants to swim there for one thousand and million times! Unfortunately I did not enjoy it as much as the previous trip because the weather is so cold that each time I stand up, I started sneezing. So I have to stay in the warm water as long as my children are in there. Which means, no playing on the slides for me.
